Fair questions.
The honest answers to what people ask most - about representation, cost, licensing and how I actually work. Still unsure? Just ask.
What does a football agent actually do?
I represent the player's interests: transfers, contracts, career strategy and everything around it. The club has its interests, the sponsor has theirs - my job is to make sure someone at the table works only for you.
I'm not a footballer - can you still help me?
Yes. The licensed agent work is football only, but the commercial side - sponsorships, brand, media, partnerships - covers athletes in every sport. That is half of what I do.
Do you represent both female and male athletes?
Yes - both, in football and across sport. Talent and character decide who I work with, not gender. I am also an advisor at Kvinder i Fodbold, a Danish association working to strengthen women and girls in football and win them more space - on the pitch, in the clubs and at the tables where decisions are made.
I am not an athlete anymore - can I still get a representation agreement?
Yes, of course. I understand both the world of sport and the world of business well. I become your go-to person for everything in between: handling the media, project-managing your projects and travel, setting up agreements with media people, and building the opportunities that come after a playing career.
Do you only represent players?
No - I also represent coaches. Managers and coaching staff face the same career decisions as players: contracts, moves between clubs, timing and public profile. That is licensed agent work too, and it is part of what I do.
Are you actually licensed?
Yes - I am a FIFA licensed football agent. The licence is personal, regulated and verifiable, and it is the foundation for all transfer and contract work I do.
What does it cost to work with you?
Representation is commission-based and follows the regulations - you do not pay by the hour, and the first conversation is always free. We agree on all terms in writing before anything starts.
How do I know if my child is ready for an agent?
Honest answer: many are not - and I will tell you if that is the case. If clubs are showing concrete interest or contracts are on the table, it is time to talk. Before that, a conversation costs nothing and can save a lot.
Do you only work with athletes in Denmark?
No. The base is Scandinavian, the work is international - transfers, clubs and commercial partners across borders.
Can you guarantee a transfer or a contract?
No - and you should be careful with anyone who says they can. What I guarantee is honest advice, real work and that no opportunity is missed because nobody was paying attention.
Why did you become an agent?
Because developing people is what drives me. I have mentored for several years, and I have learned that everything worthwhile is built on relationships, not transactions. I am at my best when I can support people and help them get the most out of their potential.
How many clients do you take on?
Deliberately few. The whole model is built on being close - showing up, knowing the situation, answering the phone. That does not scale to a hundred names on a list.
How involved are you in day-to-day life?
As involved as the situation needs. Some weeks that is one call, other weeks it is daily. What you can always count on: when something happens, I am on it the same day.
Do you work with parents?
Closely - especially for young talents. Parents are part of every big decision, and I would rather over-communicate than have a family surprised by anything.
Who else is on the team?
A vetted network of specialists: lawyers, financial advisors, nutritionists, mental coaches and media people. I coordinate them - you get one point of contact.
What do you expect from a client?
Honesty and professionalism - the same things you can expect from me. I work for people who take their own career seriously.
What happens after I get in touch?
You get a reply directly from me - not an assistant. First step is a free conversation about your situation - no commitment, no pressure. Then we both decide if it is a fit.
